Welcome, I’m glad you’re here!
- I offer Counselling and Psychotherapy for adults and young people.
- My approach centres entirely on you.
- I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at a pace that feels right.
- I work collaboratively, believing that healing happens through partnership, and together we can shape personalised ways of supporting your growth and self-understanding.
Alongside talking therapy, I also offer a range of gentle creative activities that can help bring feelings to the surface in a different way.
These are always optional and available if you feel drawn to more visual or creative forms of expression.
I am trained in Person-Centred and Integrative Counselling.
Drawing on Humanistic approaches such as Gestalt; Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), to guide and inform my practice.
This allows me to tailor our sessions to what feels most effective and supportive for you.
As well as private practice, I work for a national charity with children, young people, and families affected by domestic abuse. This work has strengthened my trauma-informed practice and my belief in the power of safe, trusting relationships.
Before training as a counsellor, I spent many years as a workshop facilitator and creative director in community theatre and the arts, supporting adults and young people to find their voice through creativity.
This experience continues to inform my therapeutic work, with a strong emphasis on emotional expression, meaningful connection, and meeting each person with care and respect for their individuality.
